We arrived 2 hours early and 'thought' we would use the restroom, gamble and eat dinner at the Casino first. Went to see Michael Carbonaro perform live. Will not be attending additional events there in the future. Cannot believe the poor quality of this venue for a place that had so much potential. In this case, they allow all emergency exits open to allow everyone out in a reasonable time. You basically get up and stand there for 10 minutes as the entire venue exists from a very small entrance.
And it gets better, once the show is over exiting this large room is a major issue. So yes, spend over $100 on a ticket and you are basically sitting in a seat tighter than the middle seat of an airplane.so completely unacceptable for a concert venue.if you are seeing a Hard Rock show where you dance the entire evening, no problem.but any other s an issue.
Folding chairs that are slammed together so if you have anyone of size sitting next to you.your evening will be spent worse than the middle seat of an airplane. Basically, its a large room that they pull out folding chairs for to make up the seating chart.
Lets just say, I have tickets for two more events in May and am already dreading it. I have been to the restaurants/bar of the Hard Rock many times but last week was my first time at their concert venue.
